I think that if two people had received no nominations, they should be rewarded instead, and since HMs cant discuss noms they won't know that no one nominated them so BB just says they received the most nominations and will be evicted and then they get to go into that crypt thing.
I'd rather the crypt just ****ed off altogether though.
