I do think Louise regrets going down the Jay route - the 3am panic when she woke up Alex, the 'love den', the lack of convos, his aggression following banana gate, pretending not to remeber to stop Harry's letter, volatile mood swings from lack of food, the scary message in blood. It would have been easier to hook up with Aaron. Louise is trying to get his attention and even name checked him as the person she wanted to beat in Peg face. Not saying she fancies him, but given the choice of Aaron and Jay she'd go for Aaron now.
