A huge reason Aaron is so popular is because he is portrayed as the Hero. First he went head to head against Rebeckah(The Villain) and now Anton. Without a villain in the house Aaron won't have that hero role anymore. He may even come across as a Villain with Anton gone. Since he is the only other one in the house that's obviously playing a game. Which most people view as a bad thing.
For Aaron to win. He needs to stay the Hero and go head to head against Anton, The Villain.
Every hero needs a villain. Batman has the Joker. Superman has Lex Luther. Spiderman has Green Goblin. Aaron has Anton.

I pretty much agree with the OP, i think particularly Aaron & Harry will get quite bored with Anton out of the picture. I think their focus would move more toward Jay. But, if that fades away as well, it might be left to Aaron & Faye's on and off again relationship, and a couple more weeks of that may get too much to handle! One decent thing about the crypt task is, you get an insight into the dynamics when a couple people leave, and i think with Jay & Anton gone (like em or hate em), they left quite a void, it was also a very feminine house with them gone.

Jay gives us something to watch compared to jem louise tom and harry and alex.
If you added all the footage he has had since the program started it would be equal to all them put together.

In what respect? i'm just saying from an entertainment point of view, i'd rather watch Jay and Anton make douche-bags of themselves, or sparring with Aaron & Harry, than most of what i saw going on, when they were gone..

I don't think Jay will rival Aaron at all if Anton goes, he will just fall back and carry the thing with Louise on, and that will be it.
Anton needs to stay to rival Aaron and make the show interesting, because there will literally be nothing at all happening if Aaron and Anton are broken up.
I think he has gave up on Aaron and is gunning for Harry now

Yeah, probably not so much. I think it's possible if Anton goes tomorrow, they'd bring in a new HM for Jay, a blokey bloke type, to try and re-spark some conflict.

I disagree, we don’t need Anton. In my case I have found Aaron and Harry from the beginning when Aaron where saying that he likes Louise and thought they would look good together. As time went by that didn’t happened but Maysi and Faye came along. I started to dislike Anton every time he became across Aaron and Faye relationship. I am not probably the only one who thinks this way.

If Jem is to go, and I believe she will as really she had done very little except speak in a very annoying voice, and wear her glasses and a wooly hat with a crop top, it would be perfect if Harry topped the vote, Anton were second and Jay third, that wouldnt please Jay McCrae and he might even turn against Anton just a leeeetle.

I would never vote for Anton, I will be voting for Harry and also throw some votes to Jem, Jem watched BB before she went into the house, she knows the snake Anton is anyway,I doubt she'd believe anything she heard from his mouth unless she could overhear him in the diary room.

LOL...i hadn't even considered that scenario. About the only chance of that happening would be if Anton survives tomorrow, and Aaron walks! I think Anton would just turn up the heat on Harry, and probably start having a few digs at Faye, Tom & Alex.

You came into Aaron's fan thread and asked to be removed from it the other day, you have also moaned about Aaron and called him stuff at every opportunity, so why on earth would I listen to an appeal made on Anton's behalf? :conf: If you are so sure of your hero, you wouldn't need to start a thread to plead for votes for him?

BB are manipulative and dishonrable and use the tactic of ridicule to influence the public vote. Ask yourself did they really need to show Jay picking his nose or could they have edited it differently to see the obvious influence BB do. I have seen this tactic before and you the public are being fooled by the experts of influence. Anton thinks he is doing his best to be entertaining. Its his job to find what is popular and it kills him to find he is not. He is trying to put a brave face on the situation the booing fools got him to thinking he can't win so as entertainment is his reason for living thats what he will attempt to do.
If Anton goes BB will have no interest for me. He is a complex character motivated to do the best entertainment he can.

Who cares if they do? I would happily take that chance. Only a few more weeks to go now anyway, so if Aaron can make the final that would be enough for me, if he wins that will be a bonus and the icing on the cake. I don't watch BB for the villians to be kept in, I watch it for entertainment and wit and fun, and whoever does that for the majority always gets my vote, and if they need a few help votes for their buddie once in a while ie: Faye, harry, in Aaron's case, then they will get it. The only reason some say 'Keep the Villians in' is an underlying call of 'Hey help me get them to the final, and then let's see if they win, we fooled you into keeping them in when they were up.

I am not keen on her, but I would love if that happened :joker: As much as I dislike Jay, I reckon he would at least be sort of bearable without his lackie's, and there is no chance Jay will go over Anton anyway.

I'd say it was more a case of Anton being forced to make a tactical retreat in that battle, but the war is far from over, and it's pretty obvious Anton is not going to win that against Aaron.

I know its a good angle. Because I was an Aaron fan when Rebeckah was in the house. The whole Good vs Evil thing drew me in as a fan. Once Rebeckah was evicted, I saw Aaron for what he truly was. A person that cries and whines about every little thing and a person that tries to manipulate people at every turn. Once the villainess left, Aaron lost fans and Alex overtook him as the overall favourite to win the show. With Anton out of the equation, what does Aaron really have going for him? I fully expect Harry, Alex and possibly even Faye to overtake him. Aaron's only shot at winning the show is him going up against Anton. And his fans know this, even if they don't want to admit it or not.
I ask you this, If Batman didn't have the Joker and if Superman didn't have Lex Luther. Would they be as popular as they are today?

I think Aaron would still be as popular without Anton but his being in the house does make the show itself more interesting. He's a terrible villain which makes him all the more entertaining.
