View Full Version : Anton Gun gestures

I'm getting increasingly tired of Anton's continual use of the "pointing the gun" gesture, which he now does blatantly. He is such a pathetic wannabe gangster. Where I come from in South London it's considered a really offensive gesture as it's viewed as a threat. It just goes to show the mentality of this utter and complete tw*t. BB needs to reprimand him for it, but so long as he's still attached to Jay's backside, they won't:bored:

Its a gesture get over it. Some people love making a mountain out of a molehill. If BB thought it so offensive as you say I am sure they would have put a stop to it. A game show and the mean streets of London are two different things.

Alex was delibrately being menacing towards another hm. She had it in for someone who she felt was treating her badly in the house and made a gun gesture referring to that person being attacked when they left the house. Anton is just hamming it up and not threatening anyone.

BB will decide if he should be stopped what I find offensive is people jumping on the bandwagon to score points with their fake horror at what Anton is doing. If that was the point where are all the threads before this one denouncing it. Sheep thats all people are.

Its a silly hand gesture with no threat behind it. Just Anton getting all excited.

Can't say i've noticed it but if he has been doing it it just proves even more the double standards in this show.

Very true, how quick some people forget that,Anton is such an asshole, scrub that assholes are usefull,BB when it was with channel 4 at least had morals, this shower on 5 have no sense of fairness or morals,a complete sham, and it started out so well,I know a few hand gestures that would be offensive to a few who think this behaviour is ok!:xyxwave:

It's a lot less offensive and irritating then Aden saying he will 'merk' someone.

Would be hard for BB to remove him for making gun shapes with his fingers after letting that one slide.

BB have messed up in a lot of ways despite having a good mix/bunch of HM's, IMO this is one of the worst BB's ever and it's all due to BB.

Yes and do you think those hand gestures would be acceptable. Says it all really? No one said the hand gestures are acceptable and I can't remember anyone getting on their high horse when Aden kept doing it. Sad desperate clutching at straws.

She got removed for making a threat to a hm using a gun gesture and I am sure saying something that made it even more threatening. Morals don't make me laugh! Only morals when it suits I've noticed. :joker:

sometimes I wonder if the moral objectors have any connection to reality at all???

Anton doing an infantile gun gesture = pantomime villain entertaining everyone
someone with a real gun = should be locked up in a dungeon somewhere

While you are at it you can freeze frame me, from last nights highlights show the millisecond sight we saw while they showed the actually "having fun trying to be entertaining piece of the task" of Harry standing on a table arms in the air alex underneath him on all 4's trying to scramble off the end.

Wanted to say "brace yourself harriet" underneath it.

God, you get wound up easily.

I personally don't find it at all aggressive. I come from east London, and as far as I know, the the wink-and the gun isn't seen as menacing. It does annoy me when Anton does it though, but then he annoys me by breathing.
