Has the figure of £100,000 started to affect HMs?

It's something HMs rarely talk about but I do wonder whether, as we get into the second half of the BB series, the prize money starts to affact the way people behave?

I am sure I read somewhere that the winner would get £500,000 but they weren't going to tell them. Or did I dream that?

I doubt it really, £100k isn't exactly life changing... the potential to make much more off the back of having done BB would be more of a factor than the actual prize money.
