Alex's Cutlery/Crockery Ban

Is it still in force because I keep seeing housemates drink out of saucepans and even the cafetière?

I thought it was still banned, but who knows with these housemates, they would rather drink out of a saucepan than was a cup up.

That said I have noticed the kitchen work tops looking rather organised and can only assume this is because they still don't have the crockery/cutlery.
