Aaron will make them a ton in the final, and he's providing pretty much all the story lines. It wouldn't make any sense in the slightest for them to want him gone.

Jay is someone who can make a come back and win despite not being popular in lead up as he's got a vibe the casual viewers like ie working class, Geordie, allegedly good looking. Most people don't know about freezergate. And there are plenty of 14 year old girls who think he 'iz fit/ iz lush LOL' etc etc. Jay looks and feels like a winner superficially despite the fact he's dull and just farts all day long, whereas Aaron actually has to be entertaining, witty to win as on paper he doesn't fit in with a typical winner's profile ie he's middle class, intelligent, considered and well mannered.

Alot of people who have barely watched more than 5 episodes throughout the whole series will tune into the final and vote for 'that cheeky chappy Geordie guy' rather than the 'too smart one' (ie Aaron) or the 'Posh one (Harry). Aaron needs a good edit to sustain popularity, he's not getting it.

True but that would be assuming that the outcome of the final will be determined by the occasional viewer, or the teenage girl, which I don't think is the case anymore. With the introduction of Facebook voting it means the more hardcore fanbase can sway the vote a lot more easily with bulk voting with the credits, chucking 100 votes at someone is now very feasible and affordable

Aaron got the most votes in week 1 and he was still getting the most votes in week 6(?), he has managed to sustain his popularity in there which doesn't really seem the case for Jay, he went in as favourite and has dropped to 5th now, I still say that if he is BB's "chosen one" they're doing something seriously wrong

Jay fits in with the Richard Desmond empire and he's aligned to Katie Price. C5 / OK! mag etc can make a killing on promoting Jay as a celeb, a home grown C5 celeb. They can make a one man Geordie Shore with Jay and his (dull but chav-tastic) exploits. Aaron doesn't fit the mould and even if they wanted him he wouldn't play ball. Jay (or Justin)is desperate to be a celeb. C5 needs it's own celebs, it's own TOWIE/ Peter Andre type of show/

Jay's stock has dropped for various reason

1) Aligned to wolfpack
2) Freezer gate stopped being conjecture when Aaron mentioned it and the few fans who were aware realised it was true
3) Jay is really tedious and offers nothing beyond mauling Louise, messages, farting and talking about sex and mauling Louise a bit more
4) Quite alot of ex-HM have verified that he has made some racist jokes (the White chicks wasn't the first but the most innocuous)
5) Alex has stolen alot of the 'likeable Geordie vote'
6) Alot of people are waking up to C5 tricks - even some Aaron haters are annoyed now.
7) Jay repeatedly lying ie about Rebeckah's involvment in choc gate, putting dye on Harry's clothes, making out Aaron created the house barriers when in fact it was him who created the divisive Wolfpack and exlcuded Tashie who wanted to join
8) and his worst lie was spitefully pretending not to know his own very Geordie sounding quote to get Harry's letter

What was quite telling about the edition on the HL show last night was how they showed 2 secs of Aaron and Faye on the sofa with Marcus voiceover saying something like 'Aaron and Faye are having yet another row'. When in reality when you go to the website Aaron and Faye were having banter (with Tom) about Aaron wanting shave his beared off and Faye insisting he doesn't as she fancies guys with facial hair but Aaron doesn't back down. That's it. Not a row at all.
