Today, 26th October, as a result of a new development in the House, we decided to cancel the public vote. All will be revealed in tonight’s Big Brother’s Bit on the Side.

If you voted via Facebook we will re-credit your vote wallet with any votes placed for either contestant.

If you voted using your telephone we will need you to complete a short form which will be available on this page by 5pm today.

Please note that to claim a refund you must have voted between the dates of 24 - 26th October and have the bill payer's permission to claim the refund. If more than one person called to vote from the number you provide, then the first person who submits a claim will receive the refund for all calls from that particular number.

Great result - but I would have liked her to have been evicted on Friday but hey I'm not complaining!!! Luckily I didn't vote as I thought Aaron was going to walk!!

Yeah, probably, would love it if Aaron and Faye got back together now she's gone though, that would rightly piss her off :laugh:

They had a chance to just keep the money, but chose to refund the public instead :)

This - they either put the whole house up or have no eviction they can't just substitute Harry now spotty has gone.

Yep, I had resigned myself to losing those, bit p'd off about the time I spent voting one credit at a time than the money though :joker:

Glad they're giving out refunds, and also this "All monies from non refunded calls will be donated to charity." (assuming it's true)

I reckon it's going to be either Aaron and Harry up as Harry polled the next highest amount of noms, or the whole house up.

Thing is I prefer Aaron, but not too stressed I have to say if Harry survives the eviction, so I am put off bothering voting if it's just Aaron and Harry up. Different story though if the whole house is up. Oh well, not too long to find out I suppose.

How long do refunds take? i held off voting because of something like this happening but all the people who voted for aaron can't be expected to place the same amounts of votes, some vote in big numbers, before being refunded, people aren't made of money! i think the public won't have a choice this week.

Where does it say the eviction will still take place? The only fair thing would be to put the whole house up in that case. That would wipe the smiles off of smug Tom, Louise and Jay's faces.
