ENDEMOL have not just issued the following statement:
"Following Jem leaving the Big Brother house earlier today, it has been necessary to make some adjustments to this week's eviction. After careful consideration, we have decided that this week's nominated housemates will be:
Aaron.
You can vote to save Aaron by using the same number as before or via Facebook.
As an exciting twist - which we know BB fans will love! - the metal staircase out of the house has been electrified. However, the current will only be turned on if Aaron fails to receive fewer than 1,000,000 votes. Save your favourite now!
In another bold move, BB has decided that votes will be counted not electronically but by a team of volunteers. We can announce that the team comprises:
