Facebook Credits for those who have already voted

Quite a few Aaron fans on another site still haven't been credited their FB votes from the Aaron vs Jem vote despite BB saying this would be done on FB.

Can anyone who has had their votes back say how this has happened.

I think they just credit them back, but thus far mine haven't been, I won't hold my breathe that I will get them back either. I suppose it might take a while to credit them all back to voters though. If they do mine, I will use them for next week or the final, and just purchase some more for this week.

Thanks - I think quite a few people want to re-use them and as we don't know who will go Friday people should get them back before lines open again......

According to terms& conditions there is no refund for Facebook votes. You can get a telephone vote refund from the Channel5 website.

Today, 26th October, as a result of a new development in the House, we decided to cancel the public vote. All will be revealed in tonight’s Big Brother’s Bit on the Side.

If you voted via Facebook we will re-credit your vote wallet with any votes placed for either contestant.

If you voted using your telephone we will need you to complete a short form which will be available on this page by 5pm today.

Please note that to claim a refund you must have voted between the dates of 24 - 26th October and have the bill payer's permission to claim the refund. If more than one person called to vote from the number you provide, then the first person who submits a claim will receive the refund for all calls from that particular number.

All monies from non refunded calls will be donated to charity.
