I'm with the thought that when a camera moves there's a slight noise and that alone can make anyone look at what the noise is, even it's it's obvious it's just the camera moving round.

Actually Aaron rarely looks at the camera when he gets closer to Faye, it's Jay who looks for the camera most of the time when he kisses Louise.
