Alex is a lot more clued up then she lets on.
She pretends to be scared of anything when she was an airline stewardess and they are trained in emergency landings and keeping calm under a terrorist hijacking and also she let on that when she was doing her job she spoke posh the whole time.Proving she can pretend to be someone else. She would have to be a lot smarter then she lets on to do that job.
Didn't she say Dick Van Dyke
No Kaz, she just said Van Dyck, it was Harry that infered that she meant Dick Van Dyke.
It reminded me of the time that Aaron was trying to educate another housemate(I forget which one) and claimed that '1984 was a famous novel written by Orson Welles in the 80s sometime'! :joker:

Since Orson kicked the bucket at 70 in 1985 he must have been busy scribbling away before his demise!:dance:
Edit: BTW before anyone castigates me, I DO know that 1984 was written in 1948 by Eric Arthur Blair - pen name George Orwell, and first published in 1949.

No i'm sure it was Aaron!

Didn't she say Dick Van Dyke
No Kazanne I'm sure she just said "Van Dyke" and Harry smirked and said "Van Gogh". Alex then backtracked and agreed it was Van Gogh. She knew she was right but didn't challenge him.

Oh, stop beating this drum.
Different people are scared of different things. One person might be alright with landing a plane and be scared ****less of spiders. Fear is irrational.
You making out that air crew are trained like marines or something
Making general statements to everyone in the way you do here is a very narrow way of perceiving the world.
