So yes, her vote for Tom (that didn't get shown) was a direct result of Jay pointing to Tom. So yeah, I can see them voiding her vote after they told them not to influence each other.

There is one fact I can back up about tonight's highlights and that is I'm friggin' confused.

There is absolutely no justification for BB interfering with the nomination process in the way that they did. The HMs were discussing how they'd vote all bloody day, did the producers not see them, they could quite easily have told them BEFORE the Noms began that the nominination process would be void if they carried out their plan, but no, they let them go ahead and THEN interfered with the process.

I could be wrong but I think BBots spliced it all together and it was edited out of order and context. From what I can gather;
first round of Noms (when they are all suppose to be voting 2 to the left of themselves)
Aaron - Louise & Faye
Louise - Faye & Tom
Then BB stopped the voting due to them influencing the votes, changed their seating round then made them vote in a different order (tom was the only person to stick to the two people on the left of him as planned,then it seemed to be a free for all);
Tom - Jay & Louise
Fay- Alex & Louise
Alex - Jay & Faye
Jay - Aaron & Faye
Aaron - Louise & Tom
Louise - Aaron & Faye

Nothing will justify why they didnt show the full story on the HL show though. There is no reason at all to edit it that badly.

Aaron chose her and Fay (Louise being next to him on left and then Faye being next). Louise then chose (to her left) Faye and Tom as Tom was originally sitting on Faye's left.

They told them to shut up and not talk during the nominations... multiple times... and they shocked them repeatedly and swapped them around. It's pretty obviously that for the task the rule was "don't talk about nominations".

They continuously broke the rule and tried to fix who would be up and BB didn't want to have any of it. After the first attempt and swapping places they voted again. Aaron broke the voting by not voting for Alex... which messed up the 'fix' to get them all up this week. Instead of Lousie picking who she wanted, she picked Tom. You can see Jay looking and leaning his head at Tom telling her who to pick. I don't see how BB was unjustified to point out that she was influenced... cause she was. She even said in the DR afterwards that she didn't want to vote for Alex and Tom.... so yeah... he was influenced at the time.

Sorry but the nom for Tom that was disqualified was her first round of nom not her 2nd - they then cancelled it and moved them all around. She then chose Aaron and Faye just like she would have done anyway if she was choosing privately in the diary room.

Well, maybe BB will learn something out of this. Next time, get them to do them in the DR first so they think the others cannot find it out. They would not have gone for the "all up for eviction" business in that case. Then they would have done it face to face and they couldn't have been changing the votes. They could have been able to change the reasons and not be as blunt about it than in the DR but not been able to change the persons.

Yep. It's been mentioned a lot already, but the most likely scenario seems to be - when they were changing up Tom was telling them to remember who was next to each other, so they could rig it again. But, when BB did the grumpy voice, trying to dissuade them from rigging the vote again, Tom bottled it, and altered his vote to who he wanted. As per BB's directions.

The strange thing was, you'd think Aaron could use that as justification for voting how he liked. But he didn't, which was odd. Seemed like Tom snuck under the radar with that maneuver, and he also managed to get a few digs at Aaron as well!
