I'd put myself in the 'casual voter' category as I usually just vote in the final if a HM has impressed me enough. I'm unsure what exactly you are hinting at, if anything, with your last statement....if it's a hint that the majority of 'casual voters' have had a sudden lightbulb moment re gameplaying, I think you are under-estimating some of those voters and their ability to sense 'subtlety' from blatent gameplaying, and furthermore, to actually appreciate both forms.

Whether he is perceived as the 'master gameplayer' or blatent gameplayer, the majority of 'casual voters' may not be affected in their voting choices regardless. I'm unsure if you made this statement with the insinuation that the 'majority' of casual voters will be influenced against voting for him, if he is allegedly becoming more transparent.
Apologies if you don't mean this, but that concept can't be measured unless you assume their choice of vote is purely based on shades of gameplaying by the HM. Some voters will still vote for the HM who they feel has interested them the most. Just speaking from my own perspective here, and the personal opinion that the question I've asked myself for WEEKS with Aaron is what DEGREE of gameplaying is there? But this holds no sway over my opinion that he has been a very interesting HM.
Picking up on the point that he would perceive Alex as a weak HM for a final showdown, I do have to disagree there. If Aaron has studied BB for ten years, and is a master of manipulation as alleged, he would surely know that she is far from being a non-threat and has qualities already seen in previous female winners. Just can't see the logic there if he is a BB fanatic.
