I dont know how...but I will be making an official complaint. Those comments have taken things to an extreme....there has been too much vitriolic abuse about a guy who isnt violent...he does not swear...in fact he is very gentle.He is a little complex but he is a perfectly decent guy. Some people think he has messed Faye around...I beg to differ and think it is the other way around....but then thats my opinion.

People often use the word 'bully' too freely...I think Tom showed himself to be a bit of a playground bully yesterday...but those that dont like Aaron would have enjoyed it...but to label someone as behaving like an abusive husband is really disgusting.

I cant genuinely think of one thing hes done that falls into this category. The only peculiar thing he does is sometimes he does spend a lot of time on his own, but I just think he likes his own company. If Faye has not figure that out yet thats her problem not his, its clearly not intended to cause offense, he doesn't pointedly attack or insult her, he doesnt blow hot and cold, he doesnt say things behind her back or undermine her.

Even more so I see some of myself in Faye, she clearly has very little self esteem and I would say she has suffered constant criticism and put downs all her life from Jem and her mother, therefore that is what she expects to hear and why she over-reacts to things Aaron says. The outfit incident was a prime example, Aaron simply meant that she had got changed very early, he wasn't digging at her at all. Faye misinterpreted the comment. She perhaps would benefit from some assertiveness courses or counselling, but probably can't see that herself at her age, however with age comes wisdom and I am sure that in the future they won't find it so easy to push her around.

I am not saying I agree that Aaron is as extreme as the term 'abusive husband' would suggest, but he IS an emotional bully. It's a huge part of how he controls the moods of entire groups, let alone his 'isolated' partner.

Some of the behaviours he demonstrates, the passive aggressive controlling etc, could be technically construed as abusive, though I personally wouldn't go that far.

The abusive husband isn't normally 6'7" dressed in a string vest and holding a can of Red Stripe, and sometimes the most damaging abuse isn't actually physical. In fact, the abusive 'husband' is very often a woman. The stereotypes in this area don't go very far tbh.

Well said, Jemma messed with Fayes emotions more in the car crash few weeks she was in the house than the entire time Aaron has been there. Like you say Aaron is probably not aware of Fayes issues, and sometimes she totally overeacts to the things he does. This baffles him, which then sends him off in a mood, when Faye realises she has overeacted she then goes after him to 'make up' and the whole charade starts again.

If anyone should be blamed for Fayes mental state its her frankly horrible sister (and possibly mother) who spent her whole time putting Faye down, trying to make her feel ashamed, throwing snidy comments around and generally trying to make Faye feel small and steal her thunder. Jem couldnt bear it that Faye got on TV and had to ruin it for her... one of the vilest contestents this year imo, closely followed by Rebeckah and Tom

Buts its not as cut and dried as him 'choosing' her and her just being used. They are both using each other, Indeed Id argue she has brought him down far more than he has done to her. Her mental state has never changed much, she used to bang on about 'looking like a dickhead' before they were even together, where as he was quite happy and content before he hooked up with her.

She has betrayed him, lied to him and mocked him far more than he has ever done to her. Indeed I am yet to hear any proper evidence of how he has 'messed with her head' this phrase people keep bandying around with no proof. The worst thing he does to her is when he goes silent on her, BUT this isnt always directed at her. Sometimes it is, but sometimes he just likes his own space, its her needyness that interprets this as him being moody with her cause in her world everything revolves around her.

She is not the innocent 19 year old she would have us believe, she is a 22 year old woman who has had a relationship with a 42 year old before. Aaron has been very accomodating of her weird behaviour, much more so than the 42 year old probably ever was. Hes far from perfect but shes even further from perfect. I suggest she has had a far more dramatic and negative affect on him and his time in the house, than he has had on her.

I've been an avid fan of Big Brother since half way through BB1 so there's no way I would want to be involved, in any way, with neutering the show. However I felt compelled to make a complaint about one comment made on the spin off BOTs made by one guest. I'm sure you agree that unfounded suggestions by panel members that a particular person is either racist, homophobic or abusive is totally unacceptable.

A lot of us on here are not happy that Aaron has been portrayed in this light, there is no evidence to support this is what I am saying. There is very clear evidence of how Jemma treats Faye however, if you have been watching all the episodes. I don't claim to be an expert, far from it, but I have been through enough that I recognise the signs, emotional abuse does follow a pattern. I object to you calling me a hypocrite for stating my opinions, sorry you don't like them, but I am allowed to voice them just as much as the next person. Aaron didn't even speak to Faye in the first week. She then won a romantic dinner for two and when she found out that Jay had his sights set on Louise she opted to take Aaron.

After the the dinner nothing much happened except her flirting with Aaron whenever the booze was flowing or she felt 'in the mood'.

Aaron then had a very brief snog with Maisy and suddenly she's was all heart broken and all this "how could he do this when he knows I have feelings for him" crap spurted out of her mouth.

She's lead him up the garden path since then - wanting him one minute, telling him they should be friends the next, flirting with other male HMs in front of him, telling him never to speak to her again, believing her sister and Jay and Anton before she believed Aaron, bitching behind his back, etc etc etc.
