Dont get me wrong, I like Alex, and I think she has been a good housemate if a little contrived....

so do her fans think she has a gameplan?

Personally I think she is playing quite a few cards....

ie Im very sweet and innocent, and all those shocked faces...and OOOOO NUUUU LUUUUUISE's when Loo is explaining some sexual act is quite false, and she is over egging the clumsy, ditzy, blonde bimbo bit as well.

She comes across as loveable and fun on tv though, so I dont really care if its an act :D

I think they all have a gameplan...It would be niave not to...I don't however think that you can't see the 'real person' through the gameplan...I also think this of Aaron..people assume that everything he does is 'part of the plan' and that's why his fans get frustrated...he is Aaron the man with a plan..not Aaron the plan..I personally like Alex's 'game', she has been fun and entertaining and has not offended me...

Alex and Tom have been inseperable, and done lots of stuff together, in fact if anything Tom has been the funnier one, though has let himself down on occasion with snide comments...but not often it has to be said.

so WHY is Alex tipped to win, and Tom tipped to come last...surely they BOTH deserve to win...not in my world...but if you follow the logic...

I'm positive that one moment won it for her. Even though it would have been funny whoever got it. (personally I would have liked to see Maisy get that task...she was so pale, she would have been hilarious :D )

Last year I was a bit like that with Mario. I didnt like him at all and I didnt even know why. I guess its just a bit like in real life, when you get the first impression that you wont like someone before you even know them.

Alex is not naturally funny. All her funny moments have either been set up by BB or have included other HMs that have helped her look like the funny one (Tom, Aaron, Harry, etc).

She's clever because she uses the diary room to have unforgettable moments - the 'Sarah whatever can just **** off' scene, the 'I luv choc-lut' scene and 'can we drink the boocket' scene.

People have all assumed that Aaron is the only one who's studied BB and knows what the public has liked and disliked in the past but he's been open and honest about it all. Alex has done exactly the same but she will rather act the innocent "I'm natural me" act.

The first couple of weeks of BB, and until the fake tan task, Alex was a non-entity in the house. She was stuck in the background and didn't feature at all - apart from being the odd barbie girl out. Apparently she entered BB with her gay best friend but he didn't make it in, but she struck it lucky because Tom went into the house and replaced him. If Tom hadn't have been there Alex would have been out pretty early.

Tbh..I felt a little like that about Faye, well I wouldn't say hate but I couldn't take to her at all. When I thought about it..it was when she brought Aaron's son into the Maisy thing that I really went off her. If she was selfish or over dramatic at times..I could forgive, there are worse traits to have..
I actually warmed to her a bit at the end and would have rather Louise went...it was very hard on her to have first her mum more or less put her in second place and side with Jem..then have Jem not believing she could win...then Aaron saying he wanted Alex above everyone to reach to family..it seems nobody ever puts her first.....unfair I think..

I think it's a little unfair to not credit Alex with any part of conversations with Aaron or Harry that have been amusing..she and Tom have been funny together and Alex has entertained with other H.M's as has Tom. There are a lot of 'couples' in there who bounce off each other in one way or another, whether it be more entertainment or romance..but they've all made a contribution....

I don't think she has any BB inspired game-plan, i think she is quite a naive girl and it will be born out once we get her on Bot's. Was Brian Belo seen as Fake? I thought so for a long time on the show but now i think he is just Naive over certain things.

If she has been tricking us with her willy wonka-esqu niavity then it's at no one elses expence and imo the most likable, justifiable, and harmless way of "playing the game" Boring(although she isn't), predictable, and dare i say it nice? yes!. She's the best of a bad bunch this year.

Not quite sure why Tom isn't as popular, he's a bitchy Queen one minute and Bubbly gay best mate the next. I don't think people trust him.

I just wonder how "nice" she actually is...she has shown no sign of any other emotion other than nice...and just one or two things recently have made me question it...tthe nuts convo where she didnt say she already modelled, the thing about splitting the money...time will tell I suppose...I just dont want another NICE winner...I want someone to win who has caused a stir/controversy and if that be Aaron or dare I say it Jay, I think either is a more deserving winner..

I think you are right about the spray tan moment being a good one in BB for her. That was when I tended to think she was ok, but also it has to be said, a lot of that moment was also the other housemates reactions to her , especially Harry's face, that I found quite funny about the spray tans. So I think from that moment it was a pivitol moment for Alex with the rest of the housemates also, who saw her in a different maybe better light, and cosseted her the way Josie became cosseted in BB11.

I have gone off Alex the last few weeks a bit, I still like her, but I have found her a bit boring again, maybe the editing is to blame though? we know how much that can effect how someone can come across. Didn't Jay and Anton from the crypt/bedsit say she was coming across a bit boring though? Even so apart from Aaron, I suppose Alex is the only other one I can stand watching without getting too bored or slightly annoyed.
