Judging by the pictures I've seen, and that model mayhem profile, she is a aspiring model, she has probably done a few 'time for prints' shoots to get herself a portfolio. I doubt she has been paid for any work, if she has it's probably a small amounts for photos for a photographers portfolio. So I don't think she can be classed as a model although she would clearly love to be one. I'm sure she will have a few opportunities when she gets out the house :)

Yes - I think this is the case. She has clearly aspired to be a model (as do many young girls) however, she clearly has not done much/any paid modelling if she is working at a fast food outlet.

Many people have found unkind 'evidence' of Alex's aspirations - however, might those same people not try to find evidence of any paid modelling? Maybe there is no evidence and it was just a hopeful aspiration on Alex's part. If you look at the 7th photos on her 'portfolio' you will see it is not a professional photo - rather one taken in a room with a door and a plastic light switch showing etc...The other photos show only a fancy dress shot and her lying on some rocks etc...Not sufficient to begin a witch hunt really - imo...

She's young, impressionable and all this will change as she matures her style I am sure. I think she was telling Louise that she admired the career she has clearly been successful in - there was a very whistful quality to the way she said 'I would have loved etc..etc..'
