The Aaron brigade will no doubt attempt to slaughter him tonight. The whole episode discussion thread is "Aaron is right,Jay is so wrong
" etc. But first of all. Aaron told them he was out and that they could go ahead if they wanted. There should not be a problem there then. No one is right and no one is wrong. It is a pretty stupid thing they are disagreeing on.

When Jay & Aaron spoke in all honesty Jay was right with what he was saying about how he had nothing going in so getting £500 less is no biggie to him.

Aaron - "You would not spend that much outside"

Jay - "I would not have 10k outside"

Aaron -"*Pause* Still....."

If anything that shows Aaron knew he was wrong :joker:

I genuinely think Jay done it just because he wanted to. Lou however almost definitely done it for the cams as she kept mentioning it.

Yeah to the average viewer Jay didn't really do anything wrong, he even went and apologised to Aaron after and explained himself but Aaron still just sulked all night and put a downer on the whole night

I dont think Jay wanted to do it AT ALL tbh. He did not seem happy about doing it.

The convo with Jay and Lou was very edited IMO..I have a feeling she was ranting on at him and then he agreed to pretty much shut her up.

This was all Lous plan for the cameras. Not Jays.

I think it would of been a curtacy for Jay to mension, him & Lu we're going back in to buy the gifts, and because that curtasy wasn't there it looks like he was trying to get one over Aaron.

However Aaron did say, you can buy it if you want but i'm not. That is permission granted, and denial of participation in the same sentence. The pair had no need to consult him, however it looks a bit opportunistic of them since they walked straight past him and it must of been on there minds as they did so.

I actually think most of what you said is right regarding gift-gate- Louise was definitely looking for something out of it.

Maybe most of the forum is pro Aaron because, well, he is the most popular. people choose who they wish - if your choice is not very popular then hard lines really innit- get over it

Didn't take Jay long to start talking about violence again and how he would kick someone's fekking head in on the outside if they acted like Aaron.
Thug.

Interesting fact: Aaron is on a crusade to rid the world of swearing and likes to manipulate people into doing what he wants.

Lifted from total bb.....Go figure...

You have never changed your mind before I take it?

so why not give Aaron the opportunity to change his mind? they ran to the DR from the bathroom without so much as a backward glance.

They all said no...the thug even asked for an Argos catalogue, because the cash needed for the presents was so out of touch with what anyone would normally spend on a present.

Then the 2 sneaks changed their mind, and slithered into the DR without asking Aaron's opinion.

Pair of backstabbing weasels.

Not so much of a crack, rather an open admission that he has had to control his temper in the house. It kind of shows his agenda in that he's not fussed what people think of him.

Kudos Jay, just leave the pillows out of it :joker:

I agree that Aaron may have left it to Jay and Louise to spend if they want. At that point it didn't look to Aaron that they would spend the money. Time passes by and Jay & Louise go into the diary to spend some money. (obviously they had changed their minds)

If Aaron had said no and meant no in the beginning, is it not possible he might have joined in if Jay and Louise were to ask him again, then telling him they had changed their minds.

Personally I don't think he would have joined in, but then he never got the chance either way.

Err didn't Jay say he had bought a £50,000 car ? No wonder he hasn't got £10.000 he spends it. Those tattoos he has don't come cheap either.
That moron should have been kicked out of the house weeks ago.

He may well of changed his mind and joined them, and it would of been the correct thing to give him that option.

What we seem to have is two Alpha mails struggling for the attention of the audience. Just as with Anton, where Aaron essentially de-balled him, i wonder if Aaron is going to take on Jay here.

The point i was making was he said that if he won he would give it to his mother, if he could afford finance ( he didn't say it was finance) perhaps he could have given that to his mother. They are all there playing a game.

Absolutely and it's bringing the worst out in both of them.

I think it would probably have been best if Lou & Jay had told Aaron, but for their own sake rather than anything else. However, I do NOT think they had any obligations making sure he was as determined not to get anything as he seemed. In the DR, he spoke to viewers/BB, not to them, he seemed quite uninterested in discussing anything with them. He isn't exactly known for changing his mind either, so they had no reason to believe he would. If reversed, why didn't HE tell them he thought they'd be offered to choose from cheaper presents if they stuck to it and that he might be willing to chip in then?

I'm less interested in whose right or wrong with the present buying...it's more how Jay said he would deal with Aaron situation outside the house that disturbs me...I don't know how people can support someone who has self confessed to deal with matters with violence...
