View Full Version : Aaron's chances after tonights show.

Aaron has somehow gotten more popular after tonights show on Facebook and he even has a little following on BOTS.

I still think Aaron can win the show. Jay/Lou/Alex fans are all split between the three whereas Aaron has no one to share his votes with. It is pretty much them 3 vs Aaron (providing Tom goes thursday).

So come on Aaron fans, let's get a winner worthy of winning. No more 'playing dumb' housemates to win. We've seen the Brian Belo and the Sophie Reede. It's now time for the Aaron.:dance::dance:

I don't think anyone's chances will change much this week. It's going to be the fans voting in their hundreds that'll decide the outcome this series, and those fans will stick by their favourites no matter what at this point. A few undecided casual viewers won't sway it one way or another.

we've already had a winner it was rigged for ( josie, just last year! ) so why dont we vote for someone they didnt revolve the whole show around so they can not do it again next year!

Anyone who thinks that forum voters make the slightest impact on the outcome is very sadly mistaken!

Yeah. I do tend to think that topping the vote everytime he has been up says something though.

I don't necessarily agree fingers. Ok, one forum alone wouldn't make a great difference, but just say 2 or 3 forums were all behind one specific hm, and each person made a large number of votes. It would surely make some impact? Oui.

Kinda stupid throwing away money on a game show where YOU have no chance of winning anything.

well when it was aaron vs harry vs jay vs faye it said on facebook he got 49% of the vote between the 4 so if he can have that big of a lead surely he will win

I know how you feel. I'm bored to death of seeing these type of housemates winning Big Brother. If Alex wins, it will be another one yet again:sleep:.

I really hope all Aaron fans all over the country stick by him and I hope he gains more and more support this week.

Most people have already made up their minds.

Aaron to win.

I dont think any llongtime Aaron fans have changed their mind about him because of tonights show as we are all used to his moody side... infact I think most of them agree with his observations 100%. We've seen a nasty side to Jay with his threats and Looroll has really come out of her shell now noms are over and it aint a pretty sight :yuk:

As for show neutrals , people who dont particularily have a favourite I think they were always likely to vote for the bland aka Alex but hopefully a few will swing behind Aaron and see that he was well and truly shafted tonight. Fact is if Aaron fans vote enough he will win as the others are going to take votes off each other

I think his actions in the highlights tonight will have strengthened his position with the public the price of those gifts was way too excessive.

Louise showed a really spiteful side tonight, not the soft little girl voice she puts on to appear so innocent either.

He was never going to win, and he still isn't. It'll be Alex. Typical 'nice' winner that doesn't contribute much to the show, flies under the radar for the majority of the series but is championed by the idiotic voters for God knows what reasons. Illogical, but there you go.

EDIT: Also, I knew Aaron's chances this week would decrease if Faye left, and that's another reason [aside from her being one of the main characters] why she shouldn't have left. He has no one to bounce off now so there's no story surrounding him - all they have to show is him segregating himself from the rest of the group with very little going on, causing him to not to be shown as much and for his votes to decrease. If he is shown he's causing 'drama', which, sadly, never goes down well with those idiotic voters.

Early yet but http://www.bbspy.co.uk/ reset their poll after tonights show and Aaron's on 80%. He had 52% on the previous one.

Aaron said good will overcome bad. I think where Jay and Louise are concerned it would be a travesty if any of that disgusting pair came in the top 3.

I reckon a lot of people like myself who have watched every episode but havn't voted yet, will this week because its the final. I've always been a fan of Aaron however I think he let himself down tonight by being a huffy head and ruined their party! Whether the other pair did it for the cameras or not. I reckon the shock will come when Tom does better than you expect....From the big gay following! And as for Jay...who does he think he is?!

Yep, almost totally agree..it's unfortunate, but true. The only bit i'd add is i think there's been quite a few periods during the course of the series, that if the show ended suddenly, he would've won. With hindsight, probably his best shot of winning would've been if he had a head to head with Alex earlier on in the series, and won.

Aaron to win....everytime I see the bias...or dispicable behaviour from Louise and Jay...I just pick up the phone.
It makes me feel so much better....supporting what is right with this world...decency and honesty= Aaron

If Alex had been up first or second week, she'd have gone...she was very quiet, it wasn't until after then that she started to gain more support. It's a shame in hindsight that she was never up early really, we'd have saved ourselves one of the few possible chances of the inevitable disappointment of yet another undeserving winner.

But you're right, at the stage we're at now - Aaron will not win.

Just watching bb. Aaron is in the garden having a ciggie. Big Brother said " Aaron is in the garden in a huff ".. BB are so obviously biased against Aaron. Mmmm let me guess who they have picked out to win this year. Well i hope Aaron wins he deserves to.

That's not the topic though. Personally i'd like Aaron to win, but i don't think it's a very likely scenario. Do you honestly think he will win? or what chances do you think he has of winning? ie. 10%, 30%, 80% as example..

I don't agree that this will lose him votes. Jason from BB5 isolated himself towards the end, but still managed to finish second. Probably because he was being true to himself whether you liked him or not.

I don't know how big his fanbase was at the time, but I would guess nowhere near Aaron's.

I only started watching BB from BB6 so I wouldn't really know much about that, I guess that's interesting though. But from my experience it seems things have changed now, and if you fade into the background on a vote to save [or in this case win] you're more than likely to receive less votes than someone who is shown more.

My money is still on Alex, as it has been from fairly early on. Way too predictable. And it's a shame she's undeserving.

Me too unfortunately, because she hasn't done anything bad that I can think of. On top of this, the spray tan moment sticks in people's minds. Personally I think it's one of the most overrated moments of the series.

I do actually think Aaron can win. But the fans need to vote and vote.

He's got a unique fan base. Which I think in the context of a final may go against him ie evicted HMs fans will transfer their votes to other HM eg Tom's votes (assuming he's out Thursday) will go almost 100% to Alex. Or Louise's to Jay.

Which is why Aaron fans need to keep voting!

Better than ever !! gave him another 10 votes when show finished

But Aaron probably got a lot of Harry's and Faye's voters on his side when they were both evicted as well.

No - I think he comes across as a proper decent man who isn't afraid to stand up for what he believes in. As for Louise - telling Tom and Alex how much their presents had cost, before they had barely had a chance to open them!! How vulgar - seen her in a new light these past few days, not nice. But then, a perfect match for Jay I guess...
