View Full Version : Aaron Aaron takes part of credit for the gifts
When Alex and Tom hugged him they didn't know he hadn't contributed, and Aaron accepted the hugs and thanks and said nothing. Jay and Louise didn't give him away - until AFTER Aaron had accused them of doing it for the votes.
Why did Aaron not tell them - either immediately or as soon as possible?

This new influx of Aaron Hate is really starting to piss me off. It seems the anti- Aaron movement are so desperate to discredit him they will go to any lengths to do so. Picking up on every tiny little bit.
When it actually comes down to it, what the hell does it matter?
Its just a game show.

Its getting ridiculous.
People have the right to their opinion, but can't they express that opinion in one of the hundred, 'Aaron is a prick' threads?

The hugs were for the whole thing, the party, the decorations, the effort. Don't be such a dag.

I've watched the first 8 big bros then back on it again now. In all that time I've never voted (Vic being the best). I will now vote for Aaron.
Top game player but also honest.

It sure wasn't the lovely birthday celebration it could have been. Aaron, once again, put a black cloud over the house. Shame on him.

Nah, just wiling away a bit of time until I feel sleepy. This forum is as good as a sleeping pill as it always gets monotonous in the end.

I havent came across much Jay threads tonight, must be due to all the Aaron bashing that's going on :idc: and now that you mention Jay, I notice you don't say anything about him having a tantrum in front of Tom and Alex during the birthday party surely that would put a bit of a damper on the birthday celebrations too? :)

I 'kind of' agree. But the whole thing was already down the tube due to Aaron's actions. What is more - Aaron saw Jay and Lou go into the DR and he knew full well they had decided to buy the gifts because when they came out he shook his head and said 'silly people' to himself!!!
So why didn't he confront them then and there? I'll tell you why - because he was plotting as per usual as to how to twist things around to his advantage and have the attention on him. Instead of it being about Alex and Tom's party, it was all about Aaron sulking and looking hard done by.

Yeah I thought that too, both when they went in and when they came out he looked like he knew what they were doing

Aaron dealing with a situation in a honest, forthright, and decent manner?
Not really his M.O is it?

He truly is the most vile and manipulative housemate the show has had in a very long time. Since Makosi, i'd say. He is great TV, and a truly vile human being.

Oh jesus, what is "vile" about him? Exaggerating strops for a tv show to help himself get more votes/fans? oo so vile. toss him in jail, take away his child. rofl
What's truly vile is how some fans of the show treat the people that are on it. Lets toss some cameras into some of the fans everyday lives for 2 months and see what people end up thinking of them.

Well compared to the other housemates, yes he is vile. And you're the one makihg up this nonesense about vilfying him and having him quartered or hanged in public. No one has said anything lkike that.
I know I would enver allow someone as selfish and manipulative as Aarion into my life. This show is all about viewing human behavior and judging it. He is vile yes. He is selfish yes. and yes it is a reality show.

Serious question.
You say Aaron is vile and that's fine, I respect your opinion. How would you describe Jay or Louise ?

OP- that's nonsense. Aaron did not for one second pretend or make out or take credit. He hardly uttered a word, was obviously completely embarrassed, was made to look a fool and was put in the most awkward and horrible position ever - it was clear he didn't know what to do or so at that point.
Given that Louise busted a gut to tell Tom & Alex how much 'us two' paid each for the gifts - right at the point of presenting the gifts - and she kept banging on about how much they had paid for them long after they'd been sat at the table: proves that Aaron was spot on. They didn't do it out of selfishness: it was a totally selfish act: one designed to make them look good - and spending money that they do not actually have as yet.
Proven again when Louise was in the bedroom after her and Jay 'bought' the gifts: with her bitching about Alex using her stuff etc and her saying "You don't give to receive.... BUT...."

Please expand on your understanding of the word 'vile' and the ways in which Aaron may be described as such.
In comparison to Jay and his behaviour please.

Anyways, Aaron fans, keep on voting. :D

so if someone jumped up, excited about a gift they THOUGHT you'd given them, and hugged you, you wouldn't point out immediately that you had nothing to do with the gift?
You think that just being "akward during the hug" would be explaination enuf?? really?
I'm sorry, but NO. If i was in Aaron's position, I would have IMMEDIATELY explained, "don't thank me, i didn't get these gifts for you, jay and lousie got them for you".
and i certainly wouldn't have condemned Jay and Louise for their good deeds. If I trully believed in my convictions that it was too much money to spend, I would tell both Tom and Alex right away, that I have other commitments in life, and I couldn't spend this money on you.
I'm sure tom and alex would understand. I certainly wouldn't just continue akward hugs, and then create a grand conspiracy around Jay and Louise that some how distorts things into making MYSELF the victim, the way Aaron did.
Aaron came up with the conspiracy because he felt GUILTY about not getting them a gift. Simple as.
