fantastic guy fantastic housemate

the guy has been involved in every task tried to succeed in every one of them
hes cooked for others, amended relationships, been a valentino with his legendary love poems and love drawings around the house. even when valentinos girl was out of love with him, he accepted it he stood back and she couldnt help but fall back in love with this gentle giant

even when starved of his usual large food intake , he fought on, he got grouchy but never threatened to leave, even when posh tom and his sidekicks threw away £500 off food. jay fought on

he was great as office manager with his rhymes and tunes, hes giving us great entertainment with his endless geordie-isms, his raps his robot dancing. his shy guy routine when wooing louise when he couldnt talk to her because she was bingo

that relationship has been by far the highlight of the series. we all love a bit of romance and here you have it in spades. heck hes got his gorgeous girl demanding they get a vicar in to marry them off

hes made mistakes...hes human....hes given us insights that are usually spot on....just because he using geordie slang to explain himself doesnt make his observations any less accurate.:blush:

hes not perfect no one is so he swears who doesnt? so he has a few crude sayings big deal? that says nothing about a mans true qualities. some says he nasty ? is he? :nono:hes had 1 argument in 10 weeks and even then he didnt raise his voice he just stated his opinion then he tried to reconcile. jay mccray holds no grudges hes a peacemaker...the odd crude belch.. its just surface details...but hes been fun hes been genuine hes been charming polite when it matters (he cooks he cleans he opens doors he lays the tables he asks how everyone is feeling 1001 times a day)first man to see tom when he broke down? jay mccray...first man to see aaron when hes down ...jay mcray... hes been real and hes in love

Differing opinions and all that, just really didn't expect anyone to think of Jay/Louise being the series highlight.

Jay's quite a simple creature really imo

not simple....innocent but profound....as we have seen when you scratch the surface jay has deep interests in many things from romance to music to the universe to the deep blue sea....aaron talked the talk but when asked to actually discuss these topics he had nothing to say. hes simply been hiding behind his false indignity for 70 days. its a bluff. hes the emperor with no clothes. hes has nothing to say on any of these topics. jay has an ocean of passion for life and love

He proved himself to be more of a man than Aaron ever will during yesterdays highlights.
As Jay said if Aaron did not jump straight into a sulk without talking through what had happened he would be great to know.
These are very wise words. If the sulk is not an act then Aaron needs to make some big changes to be happy in his personal life.

Since the money became an issue there has been no living with Aaron. Even if he wins he has left a bad taste in the mouth. Yes he went in for the money but to be so nasty was unnecessary.

Jay has a much better heart.
