£1 on facebook.
So glad he won. Some people say they don't like him but i've NEVER seen anyone say anything specific that he's done wrong. They just hate him because the BB shows have told them to hate him lol.
Luckily, most people in the UK have their own brain and can see what's actually happening.

just would like to see if my thinking is right that aaron fans spent more on him to win than, say jay fans.
jay may have more fans but they voted less
that would explain the booing and so many of the negative comments on fb, twitter, newspapers etc

If that's the case, his fans obviously didn't care as much.
But TBH, i don't think it is the case. Everyone i know was voting Aaron. I think the wider UK public are hard to fool when it comes to dodgy editing.

Over the series I've spent £15
Call me sad, but I've got really into this series.
Samuel.

About £30 for the final, another £15 throughout the series.
Luckily I also had money on Aaron winning so I cleared the cost of voting and then some.

£5, the most I've ever spent voting.
I've only voted a few times during years of watching Big Brother but I voted every week Aaron was up this series so I'm delighted he actually won.
Probably my favourite ever housemate now.

I only just figured out a way to vote from here today, but still spent about 10 dollars on Aaron winning.

I have a theory on that, Jay's, family, friends, and fans, were more intent on 'spending their money' on bussing down to boo Aaron once Jay was up for eviction :D So their fault really :D ;) Although doubt it would have made much difference though, as reckon Aaron's fanbase is much higher than Jay's anyway ;)
Still it's a bit of a mote point now, as Aaron Won!!

There seems to be some misconception about the lengths Aaron fans went to make him the winner, I dont think anyone mortgaged their house, Aaron was great entertainment for 9 weeks, if I want to see a show in the 02 tomorrow which will last for 2 hours the minimum spend will be 40.00 quid for a seat at the back of the arena, so even if people spent 30 quid its was still value for money entertainment. Aaron and Jay fans had to put their hands in their pockets on numerous occasions to save them, Alex, Louise and Toms only had to dig deep for the final, so they really had the edge when it came to the final as their fans had spent zilch up to that point.

According to Jay and Alex's fans it's a fix because BB didn't succeed in detracting from Aaron's popularity despite their best attempts to do so. Nor could they prevent Aaron's fans from voting for him in huge numbers. The fix is that Aaron has more dedicated fans who don't just mouth off about wanting their fave to win, the actually made it happen.

I had 30 fb votes left from the fivers worth I bought halfway through the series. Used those
And put in 5 phone votes when it got down to Jay and Aaron...much to the disgust of the OH who had said he was going to vote for Jay earlier in the night only to be shouted down

315 FB credits - according to my account, worked out less than £20.
Spent them on Harry n Aaron to save, then Faye to save, then Aaron to win .

None of us are suggesting its a fix, but its an explanation and quite a credible one.

So from the brief sample who have participated in this survey, it appears "a fiver" on FB credits seems to be an average for Aaron fans......makes you wonder what Toms fans spent...
I did the 500 max allowed on facebook. Was going to do some phone votes later when/if lines re-opened, I did one phone vote ready so I had the phone on re-dial but admit I never got round to it. Seems I never needed to do those phone votes after all though :D

Nothing as I never vote, I think he just had more people supporting him overall as he was a nice lad (a bit quiet and moody at times) but he didnt upset people by swearing and talking about sh1t and sex all the time.
For once in BB the best and right person won.
Well done Aaron and all those who voted for him.
to much bit it was worth every penny

I didn't have facebook credits so used the phone a few times. Read Jays fans say they were voting about 50 times lol. The truth is the country voted last night not just fans on twitter, facebook or the crowd at the eviction.

I see you're still as bitter as hell.
Well, here's news for you, you're not going to be able to compare multiple voting voters, because you're not going to be able to ask everyone who voted.
I didn't see Aaron having twitter campaigns and posters spread out through his home town.
Aaron got more votes than Jay in every eviction, including the final, deal with it.
HE IS MORE LIKED.

Again, everyone I know LOVED Aaron & wanted him to win, so I would say he won simply because he had MORE fans, that voted for him
