Hello IAC fans, had a request last night to do a prediction game for the show, thought I would try a different format, see how well it works.

Here's the lowdown.

If you want to take part, sign up in this thread. Each player will be awarded £100 Tibb pounds to start them off. I will post various bets (predictions) throughout the series and the player with the most Tibb money at the end wins. If you lose all your money, needless to say you are out. If all players except one lose all their money before the show finishes, then that player wins automatically. No awards or anything just a bit of fun. Want to play?

First bets available listed below, you decide how much to wager on which bets, I will keep track of your balance. You must attempt at least one of tonight's bets please. The odds may not be 100% realistic, but I will try my best, lol, hopefully it will work. The balance sheet is in post 4 and will be updated throughout the game.

Have a go anyway Conor, I have kept all the odds to the simplest form, basically, 2-1 means you win £2 for every one you bet, so if you bet £10 Tibb pounds, and you won, you would win £20 Tibb pounds plus you get your stake back. etc.

Amendment - first set of bets should read the NEXT person to face the Bushtrucker trial, not the first person as I put, can't edit it on my phone, the first trial with Mark and Freddie has been done.

Locke, I haven't specified an upper limit per bet, any player can bet as much or as little on any bet from their balance, see post 3, so you can all be as strategic as you like :D

As I said earlier, this is trial and error, I can already see things I could and should do to make the game better, this is a guinea pig run really lol, but we will muddle through, I may add a more rules and structure if I do it again anytime, was prepared very last minute! :)

As tasks have now done , and bets placed since betting commenced: I think we need to make a clean sweep of some of the betting odds? yep, novo and locke could be the best ones to advise on this......... thread consultants. to be paid in tibb pounds of course.

If people want to be reckless with their money: that's their perogative....the Casinos and turf accountants don't show leniency: why should we!

I am fully aware of that thanks, however this is a tibb game for fun, and its irrelevant to the game whether or not business would go down the tubes, its a strategic game of risk whereby the players have to choose the best bets for them and/or take calculated risks to end up with the most money

Also, I regret that Pyramid has left the game, will be missed.

Now, business matters. To clarify, I have decided that the new rules should and will be applied.
