Rachel watched BB11 when it was on, since we saw her speaking about it on the feeds this year, so we can assume that she watched BB12 as well.

BBUS is dreadful to watch. As so many people on here have talked about it, I started watching the most recent series, I've got about 6/7 episodes in and it's just a load of bollocks, and bears no resemblance to the original idea of BB.

I think the detachment from the BB name/ideal is something I'll struggle with. I started watching season 6, as advised up the page, but I just find 50 minutes of talking about who needs to vote which way, a bit dull and lacking in genuine human interaction.

Thanks for the advice though, and I'll give it a few more episodes to give it a proper chance.

BBUS is more about gameplay, trying to win and forming alliances where as BBUK is more about forming relationships/friendships and having fun. Both are great but really different.

actually it's been broadcasted in Canada ever since the beginning at the same time.

In fact Canadians have been clamouring to allow CBS to have Canadians eligible to play the american game or have thier own english speaking version (There was a season of Big Brother in Canada in Quebec. But they tried to hard to make it's own version.)
