Tashie and Tom received the most nominations and it's now vote to save lasting two days.

If the votes to save are equal two days from now, then the housemate with the least amount of total votes to save from the previous rounds will be the one who is evicted.

I've decided to end round 3 tonight just before midnight. I would've left it at two days if it was closer between the two, or if there had been more housemates.
