All he does is moan and whine, bitch and swear. He was out of order with Fatima.
That's all he has ever done anyway. Haven't liked him from the beginning.

He's a moaning faced wimp, and acts like a very spoilt, petulant child.
I loved the way he gave it big licks on the "We all need to say what we feel, no point in all pretending to be nice".... then when Fatima politely addressed his continual swearing..... suddenly he didn't like what he'd been preaching to everyone else, coming round to bite his own ass.

Watching that happening with him time and time again - is the only thing that makes him being worthwhile in seeing him getting come uppances like that. :devil:

Didn't Antony slag Pat off a few days ago when it was Pat who suggested the younger stronger campmates should do the tougher trials.?
Antony didn't like that Pat was saying that Emily should do a trial over Crissy because of the fact that Emily is younger and stronger, and now Antony is doing the same thing

I'm starting to find him really creepy....I mean what age is he? 35 or so and he's going about sobbing like a child, needing hugs and cuddles like a 5 year old - all because he has to go pick some flippin' small logs (that will have been no doubt chopped and cut up, just ready to collect)
He's an utterly self absorbed git - it was nothing to do with him not being able to achieve the task: and more to do with the fact that he's not centre stage - or being the cook/chef 3 times a day.

Definitely agree about the attention seeking, plain to see. He loves the sabotage task cos the focus is on him. God knows what he is like to work with on Corrie, bet he's a nightmare.

Haven't liked him from the start, such an annoying, moaning old man. He's a crap actor too, I hope he gets axed from Corrie soon, his character on there is equally as annoying.

Picked it back up at the end for me :D
He is bitchy but in a witty way which makes me lol. Definitely the most interesting character this year - his arguments with Fatima and Pat and his friendship with Mark has been great viewing. Also like how he is quite perceptive and very real and not afraid to view his opinions and show his emotion, and he tries his best at the tasks.
Yepp he sulks far too much which is annoying, but all in all great contestant.

um cos the producers probably want him to win...:sleep: He probably watched BB before he went in and thought sulking and huffing was the way to go, but it hasnt worked for him like it did for the Lord, as he comes across as a bitchy old queen.

By all accounts, I think it's less to do with him watching BB - from what I've read about him over the years - he's very much exactly like this in real life and is a pretty unpopular man, not liked by many. I 'think' he also had drink problems and is a depressive sort to add to the type of unpleasant person that he is.

I have always disliked his character in Corrie (although he was great in Queer As Folk)
When I read he was coming into the show I was bitterly disappointed, however I have found him to be really funny and his bickering with Fatima is brilliant.
Not a fan of his sulking and moaning.

I hope he gets booted out soon is all I can say, gone from being a big fan to detesting the sight of him.
I don't think Fatima should have humiliated him re. the swearing in front of everyone. I kind of agree with Fatima, but the way she went about it was ten times worse than Antony's foul mouth in my opinion.
Look the result of what she did was to cause him serious depression. Trouble is Fatima has no empathy and didn't even realise what she had done or why he had gone to pieces, unbelievable.
To make a show of reprimanding someone shows the worst in someone's character. It is calculating and inflicts a mental wound. I would have reacted the same as Antony, it is the height of rudeness.

fats is like that because of her up bringing < she has had a hard life - but no excuses and maybe she can learn from this and thats why she must not win. as for ants < well he has clearly showed me what sort of guy he is and it is not nice. and mark wright - whats to say - sums up the young men of today and i am sure they are all looking up to him, but i do think he is well aware of how he is being betryed and being so nice and decent just for the camras. he is very dim and i am sure all the ladys will love him even more - on the brightside he has got a good body if theres nothing to talk about lol

Fatima did not humilate him, she was calm in her dealings with that eejit, what it came down to was that she stole some of his airtime and he got annoyed at that, he is an overgrown baby, as well as being a snivelling, whingey, whiney, needy, moany, demented, dislikeable, person who constantly seems to have a huge chip on his shoulder against the World and it's wife. I wish he wouldn't keep getting saved from eviction. Although many probably want him kept in there away from them ;) and who can blame them :joker: Seriously though, him getting upset over a few soggy sponges being thrown? :conf: What a miserable killjoy he is, and some see this wet sponge Antony as worthy for the Jungle crown? It beggers belief! :conf:

I agree with you to a certain degree, she took it too far but then his reaction was also OTT in my opinion. He reminds me very much of a very spoilt infant. Also, as much as I love this show I do think that its sad that Fatima (for me) turned out to be the best of those who are left .. this years line-up missed the boat. Mind you I'd watch it to see Ant and Dec who are always fab lol!

I think you'll find that throughout the series, Anthony has displayed precisely what you have described above - himself - not Fatima.
he was the only that seconds before uttered the words, "No we should all be honest with other, tell the truth"..... Fatima asked him politely as soon as he said this: and he didn't like a dose of his own medicine.
All he does is moan and whine, bitch and swear. He was out of order with Fatima.
