What exactly is a 'run on' sentence, and why would it through you off?

My written use of the English language is perfectly easy to understand for the vast majority of people who read it.

However I'm not the one here who is being discussed, despite your recurring theme in trying to do that, here and on other threads.

If Jay wishes to live his life in the public eye in the way he does: he will get positive and negative feedback. Certainly it doesn't appear to bother him too much.

I read your explanation and it doesn't cover what I asked though. :conf:

Aaron clearly showed he was smarter - in the diary room, he voiced his thoughts that Alex was playing a game.

Aaron didn't fall into the 'buying friends' £500 gifts and then bitch about the person the gifts had been purchased for.

Aaron didn't fall into the same mistake of thinking that people in the house would be the same outside of the house - I recall him discussing this.

Aaron isn't on twitter slagging Alex off - Jay is, therefore if Aaron is affected by Alex's actions (gameplaying in the house), I'm not aware that he has intimated anything that could be compared to him also being 'affected' by her game playing.

How therefore can Aaron be used as a point of comparison, when there is nothing to compare with, to Jay?

That could possibly be part of the reason for Alex's behaviour toward Louise.

Aaron clearly showed he was smarter - in the diary room, he voiced his thoughts that Alex was playing a game.

Aaron didn't fall into the 'buying friends' £500 gifts and then bitch about the person the gifts had been purchased for.

Aaron didn't fall into the same mistake of thinking that people in the house would be the same outside of the house - I recall him discussing this.

Aaron isn't on twitter slagging Alex off - Jay is, therefore if Aaron is affected by Alex's actions (gameplaying in the house), I'm not aware that he has intimated anything that could be compared to him also being 'affected' by her game playing.

How therefore can Aaron be used as a point of comparison, when there is nothing to compare with, to Jay?

Haven't read every post, but Aaron did say on multiple occasions that he didn't completely believe Alex was being truly herself and there was something off about her, but he was happy to be ignorant to it and just enjoy the relationship they had.

I think what's getting lost here is the part in bold. I knew she was fake in the house as did a lot of other people. Most didn't care. They knew she had another side to her from youtube videos and stuff. But I think the side Jay is seeing might even shock some of us. Not sharing the money was not a shock.

It's relevant to Alex's gameplaying and serves as a valid point of comparison. if Alex is indeed like Jay says then Aaron also had her wrong, he loved her in the house and he also seems to be not too happy about her not splitting the money. Therefore; Aaron is also an idiot

Well perhaps you might want to raise that with admin, seeing that it's an option in the User CP. I'm perfectly happy to select the order of the posts in the way I have.

I'm not sure he is too trusting or naive tbh. I think it's real sour grapes.

No, I understand people will have different opinions on how they interpret things. Sometimes people just post things that are not true and there is no other way to interpret it. Especially when it can be backed up by facts. Not a problem though. Thanks.

LOL! I knew Alex and Jay would (verbally) scrap out of the house.

They blatantly resented the fact they couldn't use the 'Oim the likeable house Geordie me, pet' schtick to maximum effect as soon as they greeted each other on launch night and hardly ever spoke to each other in the house. Jay unable to nominate his fellow Geordie without looking like a traitor had to resort to taking pot shots about Alex's dullness and fatness in the crypt. Alex relishing nominating Jay face 2 face (when Tom thought she'd nominate Aaron and Faye). Alex and Jay wiped out each other's 'humble Geordie' USP and was p*ssed off.

Ha de ha.

Aaron clocked early on that Alex was fake but let it slide as he liked her, he didn't exactly have a lot of allies in the house (Jay, Aden, Anton, Jem, Rebeckah and at times Tom and Louise hated him) so he ignored the fact that on some level he was aware Alex was fake (he said she wasn't all she seemed in the DR, he tried to tell Harry that the Willy Wonker story was her acting up, he actually called Alex out on her rehearsed 'I am a useless air-hostess' routine when they were in the bathroom with Louise, he noted her determination during the rowing task, he questioned her anxiety when she stressed out during nominations, after learning about her short changing a blind woman, Aaron was the only HM to suggest Alex's prize share should be divided by BB in the house and not by Alex. Aaron knew Alex was a bit shady, but didn't make an issue out of it as a) she was nice to him unlike some of the others b) her game plan didn't really impact him directly c) he was too busy fighting Jem and Anton to bother with Alex.

This is one of those times it would be good if Alex's mum could come back on the forum and give her take on this, as she would likely know what went on, and we could get a better insight into this story. And maybe Vicky could nip up the road and interview Jay/Justin/Jason's mum for us :D

Got to say: I think it's best that Alex's mum didn't come on, the stick the poor woman would get and she's not really countable for what decisions Alex makes in life. In a way I'm glad that Alex has effectively stuck her 2 fingers up to BB by saying "Sod you lot, by your rules I was due £30k, and I'm keeping it"... go good for her.

I agree about not feeling sorry for Jayloo..... both of them showed their nasty sides in the house when they let the masks slip - so no use now them nipping about Alex...... she just hid it better than they when in the house.

Appears that Alex gave Tom some dosh but no one else, not even Aaron, IF we are to believe his tweets. Jay apparently gave Louise some of the £14500 he got from BB. Jay is now clearly raging and is happy tweeting away how horrible Alex is and has a petted lip on because she's doesn't give a flying fig for either him or Lou.

Think that's the gist of it.

Er, why 'even aaron'? He hasn't shared his 50k with jay like he said he would, so why the hysterical reaction to alex only sharing with tom? I Don't blame her. Though she maybe SHOULD have given JAY his £500 BACK FOR THE shoes. Anyway all a drop in the ocean, from all the pr's they will do for a few more months....

If you click back to the post of mine that you quoted - you will see those comments were in repy to Mizzychristmas who asked what was going on - hence my reply - and the 'not even Aaron' that was part of my reply to the question that other fm asked.

Jay didn't buy the shoes. Louise did..... Jay bought the watch.

Because I believe he too was fooled by Alex's nice act, as shown by how highly he held her in regard and how dissapointed he seemed when he admitted that it doesn't look like the money's going to be split

Bearing this in mind I have to agree with Snow and say that Aaron is not included in the heading. Myself I always take a thread somewhere else as one thing leads to another and I just cannot resist it :joker: Then I realise what I have done when it is to late.

I think we Aaron fans took enough flak when we were standing up for him so I guess it would be nice to not have to get involved, which naturally I am just doing :joker:

I only have two comments though, I havent seen anywhere where Aaron is upset re Alex not sharing the money. Imo if she doesnt keep her end of the bargain then Aaron isnt liable to share anything with Jay, if he did it would only leave him with 30,990, Jay would have 30,000, certainly doesnt seem fair to me Aaron was the winner.:nono:

No but Alex is, and my comment was relevant to her. I see nothing wrong in making valid comparisons between house mates, it happens in most threads, especially now BB is over and topics branch out more.

Indeed not. Maybe because he is better off if neither of the deals go ahead...of course he'd like an extra £10k but this would certainly take away his current excuse to not see through the second deal with Jay...

I wouldn't be surprised if Aaron had suggested to Alex to keep his share...
