I'm really feeling this cycle, it's got a fun element to it but it's not too cheesy like all-stars. Loving the girls as well, no-one is really getting on my nerves atm. Most of the British girls were ones I hated when the they were on BNTM but i've actually really warmed to them and I love their personalities, they will produce some good moments on the show.

The american girls are more annoying, the fact that they're actually taking the UK vs. USA thing serious is so hilarious. Laura and Kyle are quite annoying and Kyle looks so much like Katy Perry and I can't stand Katy Perry so yeah, instant hate for her. The black girls were gorgeous though, especially Eboni.

I loved how in the preview Sophie and Ashley were in the confessional being all friendly because I don't think they got on that well in their cycle, they're such an unlikely friendship and I think it will be charming if they become closer.

I loved this episode, i'm not sure what was up with the eating challenge thing but I loved those shots of Seymone chomping down on that haggis :laugh:

I enjoyed the second episode, the makeovers are such a great part of the show. I think they should get rid of Sally Hershberger though, idk there's something about her which annoys me and out of all the cycle's, all the minging makeovers come from her.

I didn't really get the food eating challenge either, it was a bit random. It was so funny to see some of the girls eat the food so seriously, like they would get a huge prize from it.

I'm glad Mariah went, I mean it was cute that she was the first Native American on the show and all but she was such a non-entity. My favourites as of this episode are Candace (omfg, she is so stunning), Sophie, Ashley and Annaliese.

I'm loving Azmarie. She's just amazing to look at. I think it's the combination of very sharp featurs like a narrow very angular jaw, and limbs, but then also very round features like those big round eyes and round lips. The juxtaposition is great. She's just fun to look at and looks very high art editorial.

I only say that because of Kyle saying she didnt want to be there and packing her bags. Candace had such a stunning face, she just needed to change it up, but at least she had a passion for it. It reminds me of Ren from a few cycles ago who didnt want to be there but stayed each week still wondering if she wanted it.

I didnt really enjoy this episode, not just because the adorable Ashley went but because it was so ...dull :/ Literally nothing happened.. The fashion show thing was short the photoshoot was short and rushed, panel was short and rushed, eliminated was crap and rushed..

And Tyra is so being biased the the British girls :suspect: At first I was giving her the benefit of the doubt but Sophie being called 3rd over Eboni ? :s and they gave Ashley and Catherine a hard time about booking no shows but didnt say a word to Seymone :suspect: and tbh Seymones photo wasnt as amazing as they made out..

Never watched this show before but I was intrigued by the British theme so I gave it a watch.
Wth, none of it makes sense, why were they bouncing on trampolines dressed as famous figures? then when they critiqued them they complained about them looking awful. What did you expect you put them on a trampoline and dressed them as men.
Then next episode they dressed them as babys and then complained about then looking too sexual! there 20 something year old models of course they are going to look hot

Although America's Next Top Model is currently under fire for letting go three of the shows stars, that isn't the only controversy the show is facing. Despite happening months ago, fans are still fuming over the shocking disqualification of cycle 17's front runner Angelea Preston.

In case you missed it, Angelea was one of three girls in the running to become America's Next Top Model All Star. What made this particular cycle so special was that all the contestants had been featured on a previous cycle, but none had taken home the title. They were all memorable, including Angelea, who many felt had a chance at beating out fan favorite Allison Harvard and Celebrity Rehab alum Lisa D'Amato. At the last minute, Angelea was disqualified and Lisa took home the title. Unfortunately, the disqualification has never been explained, but it looks like there may now be proof to explain what happened to Angelea Preston.

One of the many rumors that quickly circulated was that Angelea was pregnant, but there was little evidence to support this claim. According to Wetpaint, however, she recently updated her Twitter information to include contact information for maternity modeling.

Not only that, but she has a profile on a website called Expecting Models. She is in the "3 to 6 months" category which suggests that she could have been pregnant as early as November! Many know that the Lisa and Allison were called back last minute to re-shoot the finale, which suggested to many that Angele had originally won.

Does this explain her disqualification? Did Angelea Preston win, only to find out shortly after that she was pregnant? Is this why the other girls were quickly called back in to re-shoot the finale? If one of the other two had won, it doesn't make sense that they would have needed to re-shoot the finale.

What do you think? Even though fans want to know the reason for her disqualification, fans are certainly happy for Angelea!

Have the final 3 do the covergirl shoot and eliminate one of the girls in the middle of the episode leaving the final 2 to do the runway. BRING BACK COVERGIRL. Do something about the opening titles; they've been very rushed since cycle 16, stop getting these irrelevant judges and photoshoot directors who no one has heard of.

1 more thing I've picked up on. Tyra and the judges always used to go on about personalities and how important it is, they used to base a lot of the eliminations and some winners on personality (Caridee, Jaslene, Saleisha). They also sent girls home unfairly because of their "lack" of personality (Brooke C6, Eugena C7, Felicia C8, Jenna C9, Kartyzyna C10) This new format allows people to vote before the show airs so nobody has an idea of what the girls are like so a girl with the least amount of personality (or a horrible b*tch) can potentially win. Does anyone see this massive contradiction? I just want to know who keeps making these mindless ideas because they've now ruined a show which was one of Americas most popular shows back in the day.
