When you take your earphones out, music still playing, then you forget that you had music on, and you think there are voices talking to you/voices outside at 3:54am :bawling:

I can't have my eyes closed for too long in the shower

or have the door open, even if I'm in the house on my own

..I have the TV on to sleep and sometimes forget the timer...in the middle of the night I wake up to people screaming on the TV
...there was such a wierd programme on 2 nights ago...really freaked me out

I hate when the TV cracks randomly in the night... not really sure what it is that causes it but yeah

...lots of things go bump in the night...never in the day...strange
