I love Cheese.
Can't take to the strong ones though. Mozzerella in a salad, cheddar or nice crumbly cheshire on a sandwich. Cheese with chives is nice :)
yess I had money on this one!
33/1 :D

I like a few but I don't have it that often. Mozzerella is beautiful and stringy on a pizza, it's divine.
And cheddar is delish, plus I love goat cheese.
I would probably say mozzerella is my fave.

I could live on cheese. Emmental, Gruyere, Double Gloucester, Jarlsbergh, Dolce Latte... Love them all. Also fondu and raclettes and any other kind of melty cheese.
Hungry again now...

Brie or Jarslberg, probably.
But I'm a cheese fiend so I like most of them, except cheesestrings... they are a crime against cheese

Nothing beats fresh Mozzarella. And if you've got fresh local Olive Oil, Tomatoes, and Basil, you can't do better.
Nothing beats it.

Urgh, I agree, cheesestrings are vulgar, how anyone can enjoy that rankness is beyond me. I do have a fetish for mini babybel on the odd occasion though.

I like mature cheddar. Mozzarella, when it is amazingly fresh and almost dissolves in your mouth it is divine, none of this packet stuff though, that is just bland and tasteless.
I also like gruyere.
I love feta.
I love parmigano regiano.
I basically just love cheese.
Oh and wait did I mention I am actually allergic to it. :/ I still eat loads though.

If forced to pick, cheese would exist over chocolate, but only just barely. Recently gruyere has been number one. Been having Jarlsberg swiss as well which I use in salads. And Havarti. And... on special occasions, shires of England (5 County cheese layers) which is a dreamy blend of perfection. I pick apart the layers to try the different ones, singularly. Some are better than others...
Mozzarella is great on pizzas but horrible in anything else.
Have to say I am quite partial to parmesan as well

So many different kinds I like on different things. As a cheese to eat on it's own (with crackers), must be Wensleydale.
