Simon Cowell to lead five-strong 'X Factor' panel, says Sinitta
Simon Cowell will definitely return to the UK's X Factor this summer, according to close friend Sinitta.
The 'So Macho' singer claimed that Cowell is hoping his presence will help the show overtake Strictly Come Dancing in the ratings.
"Simon plans to be back, along with last year's judges Gary Barlow, Tulisa Contostavlos, Kelly Rowland and Louis Walsh," she told Closer.
Referring to last year's ratings defeats to BBC rival Strictly Come Dancing, Sinitta added: "He likes winning, so he's set on beating Strictly in the ratings."
However, the 43-year-old believes that the Syco boss will not commit to the show in the long term "because he's so busy".

Just get rid of Gary and Kelly.
I bet at least 75% would want them to just **** off, they were awful last series.
Bring back Dannii
Kelly can go, Gary was alright, bit rude but if we have Simon back then I guess we don't need him?

It will be sh*te anyway, people have lost interest.
This will be the year they start flogging a dead horse after last year's joke of a series - then the following year will be when they axe it. [If Simon's recent interview is anything to go by]

Gary is great
He got rid of James Michael, he was rude, arrogant and hypocritical, obviously didn't want to be there 90% of the time and hyped up Frankie Cocozza
He's an amazing song writer but on the X Factor he was a *******
I genuinely can't remember who won last year.

Yeah - see they were the first group to ever win the show, that should of been a massive deal that we all should of been aware about.
But no one seemed to give a flying ******.
You don't Patrick, you don't seem to care about anything but no one cares about that.

I will only accept him returning if he doesn't vote my favourite out when they're facing someone that's hit the bottom two 3 to 5 times and it's only my favourites 1st time in the bottom two.

Sadly jf he likely will, although one thing different this time round is that he won't have to have to please Ms Cole this series.
Simon said on Jonathan Ross last night that he will definitely not be coming back, not this year anyway

I think Simon is past his best as to X Factor judging anyway now.I won't be bothered if he's not back.
