How often do you brush your teeth?

At least once a day. I always use plenty of mouthwash and chew mints, tic tacs and what have you, though, so I really don't need to brush as often.

Well I often forget completely, but usually I do it it the morning, and sometimes at night, so I probably should have written 1nce a day.

i used to work with a spanish company and literally every time I went to the bathroom someone was brushing their teeth. safe to say the spaniards are serious about their teeth and brush after every meal :joker:

Water has flouride in I think?

Think its more the amount of times you brush touches your teeth and it can erode it a bit
