At least once a day. I always use plenty of mouthwash and chew mints, tic tacs and what have you, though, so I really don't need to brush as often.

Twice but sometimes I only brush them at night because I don't have time in the morning.

Well I often forget completely, but usually I do it it the morning, and sometimes at night, so I probably should have written 1nce a day.

i used to work with a spanish company and literally every time I went to the bathroom someone was brushing their teeth. safe to say the spaniards are serious about their teeth and brush after every meal
