'EastEnders' fans expect Kat, Jack affair

EastEnders businessman Jack Branning has emerged as the early favourite to become Kat Moon's new lover in the soap's upcoming infidelity storyline.

Show bosses yesterday (June 6) announced that Kat will succumb to temptation by cheating on husband Alfie once again this summer, sparking a long-running storyline. However, viewers will be left in the dark over who her secret boyfriend is for quite some time.

Jack, Derek, Max, Michael and Ray have been announced as the five main possibilities.

I love Alfie as a character...but Kat, no. It's like she's over stayed her welcome on the show.

It should be noted, though, that Jack just happens to be the one who most think will sleep with Kat. The five main possibilities are: Jack, Derek, Max, Michael and Ray, so it could be any one of those and each person has a 20% chance of sleeping with her.
