Nah, fluffs aside - I enjoy the limited 'cooking' that I do....... I really envy those who have all day every day to spend knocking up spectacular dishes.

Had a bad experience with a roast chicken when I was about 19...and have been scared to cook from raw ..... and having done it yesterday: and now well pissed at the decades realising how bloody melt in the mouth & delicious it can be.

the moggies also share my appreciation of said chicken dish!!!! :D

Cooked mince and pasta. I fried the mince without oil..fast forward, overall it's tasting quite gross. If mince sauce and everything has been done is it too late to add a bit of oil and put it back on the stove for a bit? :conf:

It usually tastes good. Thought it was going to work without oil.

No, I used to be a chef for a bit a long time ago and I hate messy looking food, I always have. I hate when people just dump it on the plate. Take pride in your work, even if it is only a meal.

I never eat on patterned plates. Chips look limp. No brown sauce. No veg. What are the triangles and are those maggots clinging to them. Is that chicken?. The knife and fork dont match. Fork finial too fussy. Otherwise looks great.
