Ash and Nikki opinion-Discuss
For the record, everyone wants to be liked. Nobody wants boos.
Ash is no different. I like Ash (although she needs to bloody cheer up a bit), I liked Nikki. However, Nikki acted like the 'poor little me paranoid victim' all week, to the point where she irritated me. In a way I'm glad she's gone.
I think you will notice that people want to be liked by Ash. She's one of those people where they just naturally gravitate towards her. A fire sign. They are always centre of attention. It's not intentional, it's just the way it is. She has never once courted attention (i'm not talking about lack of clothes here), people like being around her. People have a problem with her, and argue with her. But have you noticed she really isn't an instigator? Yet she is the one who always tries to make things up. The girl doesn't like tension and wants to get on with everyone.
Classic example with Jenny the other day who said I'm not going to speak to Aisleyne anymore, next minute they are friends after Ash sorted it out.
Same with Spiral. He can't keep away from her. One minute he says that is it between them, the next minute he's talking to her. Obviously she didn't kiss him during 'Spin The Bottle Gate' because she would have given him the wrong idea.
And believe me he is the type of person to get the wrong idea. Can you imagine if she had kissed him? The repercussions could have been far worse if she had said she didn't see him that way or fancied him. He probably would have said. 'Why did you kiss me then?' in his whiny hard done by way.
Even Nikki liked Ash's attention. When they made up she was fine. It was Jayne who fed on her paranoia, making thngs worse. When Nikki has had arguments with people before i.e Mikey, Grace, Richard, Lea, she often backed down and apologised because she was wrong, and got on with it.
This time Jayne agreed with everything she said, thinking she was right in her opinions on Pete and Ash, instead of being told she was being paranoid. That was her downfall. Blame Jayne. If Nikki can't be accountable for her own actions.
Lastly watch, and you will notice people graviate towards Aisleyne. Not the other way around...
