What would they do if someone was ill in the final?

Just thinking about this...with Diana and now Lucy getting a free week...what if one of the acts fell 'seriously' ill for the final week?

I know Matt had laryngitus or something on the final night, but I mean an illness that leaves you bedridden...like (if we are to believe Lucy has this this week) severe flu?

That would be tough luck then I suppose. But i'm sure adrenalin would get people through most illnesses for it. Imagine the extra votes you'd get if people knew you had an illness yet you were still performing? You wouldn't have to worry about ruining your voice for next week either

I don't think the girls are stupid enough to get 'ill' on the final, on the other hand if Elle just happening to have a rare illness that causes one to go tone death will get her some votes.
