There will be a 10th series next year, But will it be the last? Sources say yes.

bring back Fame Academy tbh
bring back Fame Academy tbh
Yes tbh
The Voice is probably worse if you have to rank them all in some order.
But The X Factor is getting tired now

They need to make the x factor different, change the auditions back, bring a judge back etc,
If we're ranking The Voice with this year's X Factor then The Voice would win by country miles

They should just tweak the format a bit so it's similar to Fame Academy (I loved that show too). Allow contestants to write their own songs (we've seen a bit of that this year), hold writing/creative classes, involve musical instruments a bit more, and have a bloody live feed from the X Factor house which I've suggested for years.
Sharon should return, ditch Tulisa and if Simon won't come back keep Gary. A Gary, Nicole, Sharon and Louis panel would be amazing.
what am i going to cry over on a saturday night? no more sob story's

The last couple of years have been rubbish so when Simon returns for the last ever X Factor next year it can be seen as a massive return to form.

The X Factor >>>>>>>>>> The Voice
It's past it's prime but I still love watching it every year.

The Voice > X Factor
It started to go downhill since they ditched closed auditions.
I know I despise the BB crowd but the XF crowd are not far off

Actually if they followed more of the US version (Which basically is reformatted for season 3, with steals and having the acts face each other sooner on the Lives.) They might have a chance because it's working for the US.
The Voice >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> X Factor
Has some class about it and at least it doesn't inflict us with generic boybands

The voice was brilliant right upto the live shows, well actually i liked 'battle rounds' too, then it turned pretty dull.
The Voice was terrible D:
X Factor needs to go though, hope they bring Sharon back for next year

Sadly, he isn't returning, already signed on for another year at the USA version.

This X Factor is by far the worst I have watched and I also don't think the talent is really that high either this series as well.
It will need a lot of changes to hold audiences or increase them again.
For me the programmes too are just too long, over 2 hours to hear even at the start of the live shows,13 acts sing, they barely do 2 minutes of singing so the actual singing is all over in half an hour really.
Also the auditions, I think they would be better stripped back to just being the singer and the judges again.
I cannot see it being dropped in the UK even after next year but I do think more people will turn away from it if it stays as it is.
