The hate campaign is a disgrace IMO. I'm no fan of Chris but if he's topping the vote week after week then dropping little stories is a bit of a poor show. He's got every right to be aggrieved.

Agree with this, the OTT hate has been ridiculous.

Agreed, at least we stopped a great evil tonight though as Jahmene murdering a Beatles classic would have been a disgrace to the Music Industry.

Agreed.

Oddly enough the 'chris tried to strangle me' headline was the same week when chris' support started dropping...

The producers have really took the piss this year with the 'leaked' stories and that, I dont believe for a second its just coincidence that the papers/judges/show upped their campaign against him and suddenly he lost votes. I dont understand why they cant just let the public decide rather than all this manipulation

(That said I am over the moon for james :D )

I just found it shocking that Christopher was getting hated for being cheesy, yet Jahmene who's just a younger and more duller version of Christopher was getting praised.

What do you mean? I've never said Christopher was gonna be a huge superstar with a huge talent like most people have tried to claim that Jahmene has.

He even had the bigger winners song tonight aswell and he still failed to win, he just doesn't have that star quality imo, I hope he proves me wrong when he releases Music but I highly doubt he will prove me wrong.

I said this at the time and someone was trying to tell me I was talking out of my ass... KNEW they were sabotaging him, just like they did with Mary Byrne!

Not a fan of the guy but the abuse he has received is so harsh. I just wish he had the guts to let loose on the judges when they were slating him. There really is no excuse for the way they treated him, they even seemed reluctant to give him his dues in the final.

Plastic industry. Hopefully 'The Voice' sorts itself out and takes over. Can't see it, but oh well.

The Voice actually needs to live up to it's premise, actually having a singer with the voice not some piss poor attempts at Rockers and R&B singers.

It's changed it's format, but not sure only 3 live shows is a good idea.

Deary, deary me. More live shows are what was needed, not less. Three?! Are they taking the piss?

Live stages are the highlight of most shows like this.

Maybe they should up the live shows a bit, but maybe it's just to test the waters and if it takes off they will up the live show count for series 3.

And I like the fact that they want successful artists unlike The X Factor who just don't care, but they need to get it right next year and actually get some good acts that will draw the ratings in.

Except with the Voice their ratings fell dramatically over the course of the live shows, the audition and battle rounds got nearly twice the number of viewers

No, he didn't murder Let It Be.... He slaughtered it with a butchers knife, put it in a plastic bag and dumped it in a canal.

That's because their live shows were so abysmally produced in comparison to X Factor. The difference in production quality was massive.

So they should be working on improving them and making them events like X Factor's are, not second-rate, dull, lifeless and devoid of any tension. Reducing the number of lives is a cop-out if you ask me. And seriously, how can three live shows possibly be enough? Three weeks of a public vote? Really?

The biggest issue you had this year along with the poor production was that you didn't get a chance to get to know the contestants like you do with the length that X Factor goes on for, three weeks really isn't going to help that.
