EastEnders star Scott Maslen has announced that he is bowing out from his role as Jack Branning.

The actor, who has been playing Jack since 2007, will depart screens at the end of his contract later this year.

used to be a bent cop, told Sharon he 'didn't know happiness' until she and Denny came into his life despite having four other children in his life, was responsible for his daughter losing her ability to walk, doesn't visit Amy despite her living literally a few seconds away, completely rejected the baby he had with Sam & slept and impregnated two sisters and their cousin

He's a walking mess and think was the only Branning to be complete invented out of thin air. The other Brothers were mentioned back in the 90's and Derek was even in an episode.
