'Eastenders' - new arrival (spoilers)

EastEnders has cast Cornell S John as Dexter Hartman's father Sam James.

John - who has previously starred in the films Kidulthood and Adulthood - will join the BBC soap next month.

Their only link to the Brannings is Tanya really, when she goes then it is just Cora. A new character is good, but I think they need another new family to replace some of those going.

I'm getting a bit bored of the Brannings and Mitchell/Moon screentime tbh.

I dunno. He seems so ghetto to me and what's worse is that this is yet another extension of the tired Branning family. I just wish they'd create new characters (without any ties to anyone else) and storylines.
