Yeah I get them worse now rather than when I was 18

Have a few coffees and a poo. Then some greasy food

I imagine most people would feel absolute crap waking up the day after getting married to Marc

But nah, mine fluctuate. I find you can push through a hangover if you force yourself to get up and do something with your day then if you just lie in bed nursing it

They're dangerous. You might be pushing and throw up instead...

In our last year at uni we'd have hangover days and literally do nothing all day.

Well it's self inflicted so if you dont want hangovers then just dont drink

always take paracetamol/ibuprofen before you go to bed after a night out

I never get hangovers if I do that

That's what I do. And I drink a pint of water, maybe two if I can.

The painkiller/ water theory definitely helps but I don't drink anywhere near like I used to now as if you think hangovers get worse in you 20s, just wait till you get to 30s. Takes me like a minimum of 2 days to feel normal after a big drinking night so it really isn't worth it.
