I swear the older I get, the worse the hangovers become. I feel like absolute crap right now.

But nah, mine fluctuate. I find you can push through a hangover if you force yourself to get up and do something with your day then if you just lie in bed nursing it

always take paracetamol/ibuprofen before you go to bed after a night out

I never get hangovers if I do that
