With This Years Theme Being Secrets and Lies Could the eye being shown on channel 5 be a lie? And the real eye the one that's not been given in a press release yet be the Secret eye.

But to the OP yes I think you're over thinking things, the eye that they are showing in the adverts is very likely to be the official eye for BB14.

At most the darker eye is a teaser and the eye in the credits will be brighter... However I doubt things are really that complicated...
