They probably won't but it would be great if they did, 10 million people (or there abouts) would see it!

Well they did air the CBB one a lot on ITV so I dont see why they cant air the BB one!

Ad slots during the BGT final cost up to £150,000 - £50,000 more than what they reportedly paid to get rid of Brian: http://www.campaignlive.co.uk/news/1131211/
I'd love it if they could air it even once during the BGT final, but it's unlikely.

They probably wouldn't be able to afford more than a few slots (one if it aired during the finale), but it probably would boost the launch a valuable few hundred k, provided the competition is a bit weak and they aired the full thing.

If the final is too expensive tonight or tomorrow would suffice.

I doubt they will ever air the full promo, it's a minute long.

During BGT or on ITV in general? If I remember rightly they aired CBB8's full minute one on ITV.

I meant specificity during in BGT. Ah right, well then, maybe I'm wrong - I hope so :)

You're probably right - if it's £150,000 for a 30-second slot during the BGT final then it'll be £300,000 for a 60-second slot. Can't see them paying that.

They aired one of last years cbb's multiple times during emmerdale and corrie.

They will air it between Emmerdale ect I think but not BGT finale.
Unless they come out with a different shorter punchier promo.

You been living under a rock?
I think all the channel 5 series have had posters or billboards and on buses....

Yeah, to be fair to C5 they've been much better with billboards than C4 ever were
armand.kay

C5 only did them for Cbb :bored:

^ that's a good point, did we ever get billboards for BB13? I can't remember :suspect: could be a good indicator as to whether we'll get them this time

I'm in Canada, but with the limited information I have I remember some sites pimping Billboards for at least the winter CBB series but never BB12 or 13...
C5 have always made a bigger deal out of CBB than they have for the regular series and I wouldn't be surprised if the print media was also fairly limited for BB12/13...

I see, that doesn't surprise me really. If they don't bother with billboards this year or at least an ad campaign as extensive as the CBB ones, what with all the other changes they've made, it says it all...

Did CBB has as much TV advertising though? I can't really remember what the TV ads were for the last series...
That being said I'm really not all that bothered with Billboards or Bus ads... I'd rather they spend the money to develop a secondary TV campaign to accompany the current ads they are running... I mean the last BBAU had heaps and even older series on Channel 10 had at least two that would run simultaneously...

I think these were the extent of CBB11's ads (I can't remember there being any longer ones, someone can correct me if not though)

I don't remember anything else aside from a few short variations... Certainly no full-length...
This ad wreaks of effort and probably took all of five minutes to film... I get that the summer series of CBB is essentially just an extension of the regular series but this is just lame...
vFPKzcki0M4
I didn't mind the "pick me" campaign but I think it could have been better used for the regular summer series... And it's odd that it's also the strongest CBB campaign given that the previous series had only been off air for a little over a month and a half... Not sure if there were Billboards but at least it was backed up with strong print media...

BGT does not compare to BB or CBB - yes it was good when it come out but there is only so many times you can see talent - and frankly - the people going on now are exhausted like the viewer as the talent is as much as i have in my little finger.
