I like nominations talk as long as people are playing the game and its not just a big group picking off the smaller group/s.

..I guess that you're always going to get alliances when there are a lot of HM in, Jords..

Indeed but I like to see alliances chopping and changing so it remains unpredictable, maybe 3 nominations would help this :D

No nomination talk like last week I like it when they get punished and they read out the things that the housemates said

If they allow nominations talk I'll probably skip this series. It was really the death blow to an already terrible BB13. Leave the constant strategizing to BBUS.

No nomination talk that is a fundamental rule and if they are returning to basics then that should be a given I think.

It will likely happen but last year the noms talk was all we got as to the highlights for weeks and it really ruined the series for me.

For me, Id prefer no nominations talk but it will happen because it causes paranoia and friction in the house.
I hate it though.

If they make a decision, then stick to it, unlike last year...

For me, talking about nominations ruins the whole process, and if the show really is going back to basics, then I'd like to see the rules go back to basics too (no nominations talk, no contact with the outside world etc.)

Sometimes, nominations talk can stir a bit of trouble, which can be entertaining, but half the time it just makes the divides in the house even stronger, and the nominations then become more and more prominent in regards to the circles.

It's inevitable the circles are going to form, and nominations will be cast based on the alliances and teams that are formed, but when nominations talk is allowed, it just makes it more prominent and nominations becomes more of a war of the groups rather than nominating for people that are cheesing you off, or nominating them that have overstayed their welcome, as opposed to the bigger circles voting for the "outsiders" for the sake of keeping the team together.

So for me, no nominations talk, please!

No nominations talk.

When they are left to talk about it all it ever leads to is particular house mates being picked off one by one. With the 'bigger' group eventually getting rid of everyone not on their side.

Along with that Big Brother needs to be harsher with punishments.

No nominations talk but they have to enforce it even if it means ejecting a housemate to make the rest tow the line.
Since its been on chavvel 5 they are just weak handing out dumb punishments like wearing a silly hat for an hour is just useless.

This! It's so true. When they're not allowed to talk about nominations, they do anyway and the majority of the time, BB doesn't punish the housemates properly.

Time to clamp down on that rule book BB.

i like it when they allow housemates to talk about it for a week or so about half way into the series.. then rumours start to spread and housemates start to think others are talking about them and arguments can start to erupt. If its throughout the whole series then thats the only topic of conversation and it can get quite boring

I was loving it last year, Lydia was queen with it and they'd have slayed had they been able to talk about it more.

But hmm, unsure if I actually want it or not.

I'm still not sure.

I liked the period last year where noms were talked about, but then the show was still great after no noms talk.

So i don't think it has that much of a importance.

I'll probably prefer no noms talk.

Allowing nominations talk for sure. The best weeks of BB13 came when they were allowed to, and funnily enough it went downhill when they weren't (and the best people also started leaving too). I remember last year saying I hoped they'd be allowed to and then when it transpired that they would be (I remember the moment someone made a thread on here saying one of them had found the rulebook and there was nothing about noms talk being banned) I was one of the few defending the decision and arguing that it'd make for good TV, and in the end quite a lot of people ended up enjoying it.

Perhaps not for the entire series, but certainly longer than they were allowed to last year. The only reason it was stopped was because so many people complained (). Perhaps three weeks being allowed, two weeks not, three weeks allowed, two weeks not would work well, or something to that effect.

The truth is they conspire anyway, so they might as well allow us to see and hear it. Of course friends are going to vote together anyway, so why not let them talk about it instead of having to do it covertly?

def no nominations talk that ruined the season last year and I love it when they get caught and they think they have done it secretly ^_^
But like someone said if they do let them discuss nominations don't change their minds and change it half way through

Definitely no nomination talk...ruined last series ... I think if anyone caught talking about nominations they should be up for eviction straight away...along with whoever else is nominated..

None. I would like to see them being allowed to talk about noms as a lie though, and whoever does gets put up for eviction.

Deffo let them talk. If nothing else at least for the first few weeks again.

I'm quite undecided about this actually, its good to talk noms for the sake of the game but I also like when its not allowed

No nominations talk within the house what so ever, it keeps the suspence in the house between the housemates.

The decision is up to them, but whatever they do they better stick to it. No p**sying out
