That is yet yo be determined... The door under the stairs might be the storeroom... We do not know what the top of the stairs looks like right now... It is still possible that is where the DR is located...

Looks more like Harry Potter's bedroom. I can't see it being the Diary Room unless we have a load of Borrowers living in the house. Is it me does the door seem very low?

it has the doors on the left and a mirror on the right
The Doors that look like paper are the house doors that people walk through
and to the right of the Paper like doors is a mirror frame

That red door to the left of the front doors, definitely leads to something. It's at the right height(the bottom touches the floor) and it is set back further than the other doors. Diary Room perhaps, secret room even.

Possibly. The only problem with the DR theory, is there's no light above the door?
