I think it's obvious that doors will play a role in one way or another this series... I think it would be quite interesting if this series incorporated an element from 1984...

In the the book Room 101 was a torture chamber used in the ministry of love in which the subject faced their worst fear of phobia...

The Room 101 in this instance would not necessarily be a torture chamber in the literal sense but there would be an element of punishment involved... I envision Room 101 as a place where missions or tasks are given... For individual tasks the HM will be given the option of a reward for the group or a reward for themselves... A personal reward would result in punishment for the group, while group rewards would result in a punishment for the individual... There can also be group tasks by where the house is rewarded for successful completion and sever punishment for failure... Room 101 could also serve as something like a Pandora's box where it can bring good fortune, unleash something horrible or a mixture of both...

Essentially what lies beyond the door in Room 101 should be changing and unknown... It should be a place where HM's are tempted to go but also fear... HM's would be made aware of Room 101 at random when a light is on or a soft alarm is rung...

That could be an interesting concept with the public voting for whom they want to enter Room 101 for that particular task? Although that's a little too much like I'm a Celebrity...
