They did that with Mario really. They knew he was the mole but the producers changed it so the other contestants in effect could keep him if they wanted.

I'd much prefer it if he wasn't made a contestant though, it's better that way. He can then just stir up trouble.

Btw he's valid for nominations i think. Because in those seperate vt's they show on bit on the side he said and i quote 'I'm not in there to make friends, im not in there to avoid nominations' so yeah I think he can be nominated.
