Any chance of Gina being saved tonight?

Dexter and Sallie have had a lot of negative comments from people commenting on the official facebook page, but most users are either saying they want Dexter or Sallie out or for Gina and Sallie to stay. Also, she slipped under the radar in last nights episode, and Sallie and Dexter came off badly from it.

Do you think this could mean she's safe, or is it almost certain that she's topping the votes right now?
